UI/UX & Website Designer

The Roadmap Guy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Website Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive web experiences. The candidate will be responsible for designing website layouts, interactive user interfaces, career roadmap visualizations, and user dashboards that simplify complex information for students and professionals.

The ideal candidate should understand modern web design principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive layouts. They will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to turn product requirements into polished digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design website pages, landing pages, and dashboard interfaces.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Design intuitive career roadmap and progress-tracking interfaces.

- Maintain consistent typography, colors, spacing, and design components.

- Ensure mobile, tablet, and desktop responsiveness.

- Conduct usability testing and improve designs using feedback.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

- Maintain and improve the company's design system.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design workflows.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.

- Knowledge of typography, color theory, accessibility, and layout systems.

- Experience creating interactive prototypes and design systems.

- A portfolio demonstrating web design and user experience projects.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Probation Terms

The selected candidate will receive a monthly compensation of **USD 6,000 during the probationary period**. Upon successful completion of probation and confirmation of permanent employment, compensation will be reviewed and may be increased based on the candidate’s performance, demonstrated skills, productivity, and overall contribution to the company.

The final compensation adjustment and employment confirmation will be determined by management following a comprehensive performance evaluation.
